PAYMENT
Prices are in USD using Paypal, Cashapp, or ko-fi.
Payment is taken after sharing the initial sketch.
Must be 18+ to commission NSFW or suggestive themes with No exceptions.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES & REFUNDS
additional charges can be applied for complex character designs, rush fees, and corrections done after the sketch phase. ( past minor adjustments or additions )
Complexity Fees: varies from $-$
Correction Fees: varies from $-$
changes after completion will require a fee unless i'm at fault. i'm more than willing to correct things along the way.
If you need your art done quickly, a rush fee of +50% will be added depending on turnaround time and size of the piece.
After sketches have begun, full refunds will not be given if canceled on your end.
No Work: 100% of full amount
Sketch: 80% of full amount
Lined: 50% of full amount
Color/Rendering: No refund available.
If you request a refund, you may not use any of the artwork provided for any reason. This includes uploading it to toyhou.se, twitter, using the artwork for any profile picture or personal use, etc..
You may request a refund at any time during the process but the refund amounts will apply no matter the circumstance.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time varies but most commissions fall within a two week to one month range.
if anything prevents your commission being done within the turnaround time you will be notified.
DISTRIBUTION
Upon completion, you will receive the full resolution file and If applicable, both the transparent and solid color background version.
you may not create a profit from my art, feel free to print and share to your hearts content just do not sell my work as prints, digital sales, etc..
SOCIAL MEDIA USE
You may use my work as your icon, header, badge, etc. or repost it anywhere you please as long as there is credit back to me!
I reserve the right to distribute the commission through my social media or use it as an example for future commissioners.
My work should not be used in AI programs, and should not be used in training of such programs.
No one, including the commissioners, has the right to use my artwork for NFT's or any similar venture. You may not resell my artwork using NFT's.
